Perfect Protein Pancakes

Who doesn't love pancakes? Keeping recipes simple and quick to put together is important, so here's a really simple recipe for some seriously tasty pancakes. This recipe makes about 6 pancakes.


  • 50g oats or oat flour
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 egg
  • 50ml water
  • 1 scoop of your favourite NutriSci whey (we love vanilla, but feel free to experiment)


  1. Blend it all together.
  2. Heat your pan and spray with 1cal cooking spray.
  3. Pour desired size of pancake into hot pan.
  4. Leave to sit for about 1min and flip.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy.

Top Taste Tip

These work with any topping you like, but why not try with some 85% dark chocolate and a pinch of salt. Simply break up 1 square and put between each pancake - the heat of the pancake melts the chocolate perfectly!
