Chocolate & Almond Energy Balls


  • 2 heaped tablespoons cacao powder 
  • 2 teaspoons organic coconut milk 
  • 16 Benevits dates
  • 125g chopped Benevits organic cashew 
  • 30g Benevits ground almonds
  • Pinch salt
  • 2-3 drops vanilla essence (optional)
  • 2 heaped tablespoons NutriSci Whey Protein (vanilla or choc)


  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender, except the ground almonds.
  2. Blend them together until they turn into a dough-like mixture.
  3. With your hands roll the mixture into small balls – this mixture should give you approximately 12.
  4. Roll the balls in the ground almonds.
  5. Place in the fridge for them to set for 2-3 hours.
  6. Enjoy!
